Not the best of the series

Graphics are average with many cut and paste cheaply done. The perspective is awkward with objects having the wrong size according to their placement in the scene. Disappointing story with uninteresting characters. Playability is OK and the game is long enough with some interesting puzzles. Recently I have been playing some Maria Glorum games, they have an overall quality so high, this one pales in comparison.

Really interesting game!

I have mixed feelings about this series. I love visiting the locations, and learning historical facts. But itโ€™s done by Eipix. You know what I mean; no innovation, predictable puzzles, hos, gameplay, etc. But this one grabbed my attention and kept it! I loved the story of Mithridates, which I previously did not know about. Some of the puzzles were a bit innovative ๐Ÿ˜ฏ. Some hos were too ๐Ÿ˜ณ! Long game that was thoroughly enjoyable. The only beef I had, is a bit of a disconnect in the storyline. Originally you are supposed to stop the poison from spreading into the water supply within six days. Then something else happens you need to take care of first. Then....what about the water supply? I thought maybe that would be the theme of the bonus game, but no. Still good, still worth buying.

Boring

I typically love most hidden object games. This one was definitely not for me!

Gusto

Good game loved the mini games. Good challenge.good value in the sale

sucks

the side games don,t work. was not able to complete one of them without skip button. the directions do not have enough information to be able to complete or even get them to start

๐Ÿ˜

All the hidden expedition games are the same theyโ€™re getting tiresome and boring I stopped playing it and wonโ€™t be buying anymore neither.

Interesting but

Iโ€™m finding the challenges to be explained very poorly. Some of the tasks make no sense. Not sure Iโ€™d bother. Paid for it now so will continue but otherwise try something else.

Good game...impossible mini games

I love a challenge and the game and story are fun. But a few of the mini games are impossible....have never skipped so many!

Um....

Since the majority of my recent reviews have been less than gushing...ha!...I will try my best to avoid my seemingly spilling over dialogue of constructive criticism, lol...and attempt to focus on the positive....๐Ÿ˜‡
..ahem..
we'll see how long it lasts....

....apparently not long.๐Ÿ˜Œ

It dawned on me that reviews are supposed to be related to the game details and my endless complaints are better suited for EIPIX's game forum, so from now on I will try my best to limit the commentary overload & stick to the game specifics:

Here's the deal:
It's 2018.
EIPIX and the others obviously have the knowledge, resources, skill set and experience to put together a killer game.
Take MCF.
The Mini-Games alone are worth the cost, as they are absolutely original, complex and challenging require skill to navigate- especially the ones with six-eight steps....now THAT set the higher standard...and anything less seems like plain laziness.

So as I hold EIPIX to higher expectations,
I'd expect each subsequent game to be BETTER than the last, displaying updated tools and at the VERY least seeing the HO, Puzzles, Mini-Games presented in new ways.

For starters:
๐Ÿ’ช๐ŸปThe stocky thick bulked up man arms on the rope....๐Ÿ˜ณ

ONGOING TROUBLE SELECTING
For some reason primarily with EIPIX games - it's impossible to select an object in a scene- until I select HINT- which then circles the item- not actually solving -then suddenly it's unlocked!

I will continue to update.
And find my sense of humor.

Do not like the puzzles. Directions are horrible

Not intuitive at all. Have to skip most just to see what they want me to do
