Chrome casting function is broken
I love my NRL, but relying on this app whilst living overseas is just a garbage experience. If you want to cast to your TV the buffering makes it unwatchable. If you want us to pay over $200 per year for this, you need to wither work on a native app for smart TVs to improve the experience.
Does not work at all
Tried watching the pacific championships only for the live not to work. Rubbish!
Does not work in Timor Leste
I’ve tried to make this fraudulent app work on 3 different devices, unsuccessfully. I live in Timor Leste, so this app should work here. The app allows me to watch old games but if I try to watch a live game it just says “content asset not available”. I want my subscription fee back. Surely the app developers can see the amount of 1 star reviews this app is getting and then FIX THE APP!!!!!

Terrible product - even worse customer service
I was initially thrilled to find this service whilst travelling in the US as it allowed me to watch the roosters and storm in the prelim final. Like others I did find the platform crashed several times during the game but I was just happy to be able to watch it. What I hadn’t realised is that they keep charging you $28 a week (auto renewal). On realising this I reached out to their customer service to ask if they would refund the additional weeks - after all you can’t even watch it in Australia and they would be able to see I used it once. However they keep insisting there’s nothing they can do - which is clearly incorrect, they could refund the money but they decide not to. I see a lot of our other negative comments and if you treat people like this your never going to be around for the long term.

App has become unusable
I’ve been a subscriber for several years and the app has become progressively worse over this time. The last straw is that I’m unable to download any content to watch later on my phone, which is the biggest reason I use the app. It’s now at the point that I won’t subscribe for the 2025 season.
Don’t waste your money
Continual problems with this app and the downloading of matches. This year the app has given so many problems when trying to download games to watch later. Shockingly inadequate customer service aswell with the last five weeks being told their engineers are trying to fix the problem. 5 weeks!!!! If they can’t fix an app issue in five weeks they need new staff! Don’t waste your money paying for this app.

Chromecast functionality didn’t work…
In Hawaii and was looking forward to watching SJs last home game for the Warriors… even though Netflix, Disney and Prime Apps were all able to stream to my resort’s in room TV on the wifi, this app just didn’t want to play ball - $24 AUD to watch on an iPad - not good enough. Sort it out NRL Watch. :-(

Top dollar for what!?!?
Pay so much for the year and it constantly lags and keeps crashing. My internet is perfect and it is impossible to load a game that started 15 minutes ago. It’s always a nightmare. For what you pay you deserve better. Much better
Good when it works
You have access to so many shows and games it amazing but the quality of this app is very poor.
It regularly drops out of a game and you have to start over again. It never remembers where you are when you press pause & leave the app & return back.
Further the time it takes to have replays available are very inconsistent, ranging from an hour to a over a day

Won’t tell you if they are going to geo lock before subscribing
The app or website will not tell you if they are going to geoblock you while on the website or app before subscribing. Everything will work right up until the moment you attempt to start a stream after you have already paid. Only then will they tell you you’re geoblocked. Support will then be unresponsive. Utterly shockingly terrible user experience. No chance of my money in the future. VPN.
