Support very rude to paying customers - Very expensive in app purchases
If I could, I would give minus one star to support. Very rude, arrogant and sarcastic on many issues. You can’t suggest anything important or if you have made mistake they just brush you off. If you try to prove it and express your concerns...you are risking being banned or muted. It’s just wrong. If you wish to meet some great people on this app, play a few games and not get involved in the contests...go ahead and download it. But if you decide to compete...it will cost a lot. It’s a very expensive hobby where support doesn’t give a dang about paying customers.Show lessdseto
