The app is Ok. If you are going to look up offers, what’s available at properties, or make reservations for a meal, the app can help you complete these activities.
If you are going to use the app to connect your card to a machine, or process a transaction via STN Cash, I cannot recommend the app for these kinds of transactions. There is no dedicated in-app contact information FOR THE APP itself if you need help - you will likely stumble on a generic help email address for Stratton Casinos and going through a general mailbox is not ideal when dealing with people’s money or connection issues. If you try and approach a local Station Casinos property for assistance, be prepared for answers that are lacking and/or an extended wait. The team at the cage lack the tools to be able to assist quickly - 1, because the app wasn’t developed by Stations directly and 2, the team doesn’t posses the correct level of access to help resolve app-driven issues and 3, the cage will be a middle-man to resolving the issue leaving you as the customer frustrated, and the cage team lacking the support they need to resolve any reported issues with any efficiency.
Ive been using this app since it was made available in the App Store, and more often than not, using this app leaves me disappointed and underwhelmed.
