If the goal of a cashless app is to make it easier for the customer to spend money, it should actually be functional. RW staff are basically clueless and unable to assist, then direct you to the aforementioned non working app. Plenty of other properties on the strip to spend money.Int3rl0per

It’s the most useless app. I live in Vegas and I love having staycations at RW but it’s impossible to book a room through this app. Never once it allowed me to book a room using my local promotions. It’s not functional. It’s only good for checking your points. That’s it. It’s a shame.Kindersurprise1000
Beyond awful
How could you release an app that doesn’t work? Blank screens, 400 bad requests, redirects out of the app without carrying auth??? It seems as if the QA team and the engineers were let go 80% through this build.
Apple, pull the app down until someone revises this version.smitty8000
