The Screen is not Working for the iPhone 15
Hi, so the game is not working well for my iPhone15. It plays the scene cuts fine, but while playing the game it looks weird. I don’t know if it is because my screen phone is too wide. I don’t know. I really wanted to play this game because it is not on Steam. There are some missing parts of the story of Grim Tales that is not on Steam, and I really to do the ones that I miss so I can understand the story more.unicornmeg

What is up with any of the Grim Tales games not playing on my iPhone 11? So far, none of them have worked. On this game I finally got to play but the game is blocks. Like I have never seen anything like it before. I wanted to replay the entire series. I haven’t been able to play any so far. It’s bad enough that I have to repay for the ones I have already purchased before but now I have to deal with this situation. It bums me out so much. I am so sad right now!MaryPastor
Unlocking broke the graphical user interface
I have an iPad mini running iOS 16. I downloaded the free version, then paid to unlock it via in app purchase. The user interface was covered with boxes, making it impossible to see anything. Then I found the tech article in Big Fish Games website that Apple iOS 11 no longer supports 32 bit games. I was not warned before purchasing.Sylectra
Do not buy _ graphics busted
There Is some weird outline over every photo / piece of photo making this unplayable. I requested a refund within 5 mins of downloading…still waiting for a response to my request.Pyrite Ideas
Loading issues
Game has down loading issues it seems. As with another Big Fish game I tried. ( I had many big fish games download just fine).
Screen is ‘scrambled’ in odd picture boxes. Unplayable. Unfortunately I purchased upfront instead of playing the sample first, to make sure it downloads properly. Won’t be doing that again.Expert -NOT
Design very distracting
The picture is clear during the mini stories with the characters. But all the rooms and objects within the game are very difficult to see because there are strange translucent squares all over the screen🤶🎅🏼
So sad
It’s sad there’s so many reviews all stating the same issue and probably not a hugely difficult one to patch and fix. But still nothing. To anyone who paid for this, I’m sorry, contact Apple, Big Fish Games only tells you to go to Apple. They really clearly care about their HO customers still, and not only their lame casino game customers now. They’ve put out like one HO game in like 2 years. Sweet BF thxMikaylalaa
Glitch needs to be fixed

Apparently they did not make the appropriate updates to match Apple‘s new IOS and now the game is unplayable. They need to refund everyone’s money who has this game. I will be contacting Apple about this.Rubenesque
Serious glitch!
The game is impossible to play, because right after the first cut scene the screen is covered with white rectangles. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, but the same thing happened. I was looking forward to playing this game on the basis of the good reviews. Developers, please fix the glitch!Malkela
