Do you guys need to update this game?
This is without a doubt one of my favorite games to play. I’d recommend it to anyone BUT……
Today I tried to go in to play this game and there were opaque squares around all the characters and items and it did not recognize my touch. It just went WACKY!! I am working on an iPad mini 4 using the latest iOS 14.6. Has Apple updated me out of some games here too? There is one other one that is doing the same thing. Thank you for your awesome work! Glitchy??
It’s very glitchy looking and full of white space, almost like it’s a negative or something. Disappointing, because I like this series and this type of game in general and this just isn’t playable.Tirassi
Glad I didn’t pay for it
I read the reviews and there are MANY people complaining about the same issue I have. The graphics have white boxes around them and you cannot interact with them properly or even see what’s going on. I tried to play for about thirty seconds then decided it isn’t worth the hassle. No fun if you have to work so hard. I see the developers have fixed several issues mentioned in reviews. I hope they will find a fix for this. In the meantime it seems to me this game should not have been released with so many problems. Get your act together Big Fish.Just Whisper

This game is not very good because of the updates they should have updated the image because it’s not the same anymore it seems that all the big fish games are like that now.how to get the code
Weird glitching picture problem
I’ve played this game a few times since purchasing it. But for some reason, the picture is all strange and glitchy. It never did that before. I deleted it and re-downloaded it; uneven restarted my phone. But it’s still messed up :( please please please fix this game; it’s one of the best ones and is therapeutic for me.Nothreina

2021 iPad issues
I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it but in game, white blocks appear making the game unplayable. I ADORE this series and as soon as tech issues are fixed I’ll update the review.Kadra1090
What happened??
I was playing through free before buying and it looked normal then when I unlocked the rest it had this really weird new style where it looked broken up and glitchy?? I don’t know if this is a style choice I hate it and I don’t understand why I can’t have the option to change it back to the way it was before the unlock where it looked normal and I could see everything clearly?? Cause there’s just box outlines around everything so the picture is obscured and I deleted it and re downloaded to make sure it wasn’t some kind of download issue but no, now when I restart it’s like that from the beginning now. It’s insanely annoying to have the picture broken up and weird unnecessary outlines around stuff randomly. I just want to be able to play it though the way it looked before. I paid full price for a massive downgrade!bmonoire

Unplayable due to white space around interactive graphics
I actually truly love the Big Fish games and have purchased many of them. Unfortunately, this game is unplayable due to the white space surrounding interactive graphics. I attempted to uninstall and redownload the app but it didn’t fix the issue. If this problem can be resolved then I would happily change my review as I’m sure this game would be very fun to play.Sheriseem
