  • SO SLOW

    This app is excruciatingly slow. Would be great if it didn’t take literally 3 minutes to load every single page
  • Waste of an app

    They basically turned their website into an app. The purpose of the website is to entice people to come to big cedar. The purpose of the app should be to enhance the experience of the guests like joining the wait list for attractions or buying tickets. Instead, you have to drive up to the front desk, wait in line, only to find out there are no bowling lanes open. They are wasting manpower on staffing the desk with 7-8 people when they could have this handled by an app and have 1-2 people manning the desk in case something goes wrong/handle phone calls.

  • App Rarely Works

    This app rarely works. I have a new iPhone and full bars - pages won’t load. You are much better off to just go to the website from your phone.
  • Digital Key Disappears

    First time here. I am currently stranded outside my room at 9:15PM with an angry/tired 13-month-old and a sick wife, unable to get in. The “Digital Key” feature completely vanished from the app when I opened it. No way to access it again. Had to call the front desk and am waiting on them to bring us a key. I’m mad enough to come give this review.

  • It was nice but now not so much anymore

    I’ve been coming to Big Cedar for 13 years and it use to be nice. There is no great bathroom luxuries the only laundry they have for bathrooms is a Jacuzzi tub and that’s only in special rooms. They used to be family friendly but now they’re not anymore. They don’t really have anything for young adults to do that hurts 16 to 20 years old or anything for a pregnant woman to do other than swim. The rooms are not quiet if you get a room on the floor they can have someone above you you can hear people stop around above you in the middle of the night. But it’s still nice to go.

  • Changes needed

    We have stayed here with g-kids many times. I have some concerns about this last visit.
    1. There is no recycling availability. For a company that states their love for the environment, the recycling of plastic products should be a top priority.
    2. We stayed in a cabin with a loft. Our first day, after being at Dogwood Canyon doing outdoor activities, we checked into a cabin with no water and could not get cleaned up until the next day. We were not informed of this water issue at check in.
    3. The cabin had issues-a refrigerator that leaked on the floor, would not make ice and fire our food in the refrigerator section. Engineering had checked it once, but it needs repairs. Thanks
    4. I feel like the organization is concentrated on expanding and not taking proper care of some of the older facilities.
    5. The restaurants were great and service was outstanding
    6. No more discount given at the gift shop.
    Fun Mountain was enjoyable. Very attentive interns and work force

  • Started great, but now it can’t find my reservation.

    I’m so frustrated! This is my first time to visit BCL and this app seemed perfect at first. It let me put in my last name and reservation number and it pulled me right up. Now I am trying to add activities and nothing works because it says my reservation can’t be found. Very frustrating because I was hoping to be able to reserve all activities through the app so that I could easily see everything in one place. Also...it makes me a little concerned that my reservation can’t be found 😨. Not sure what to do.

  • Good start, but still needs some work.

    Looks like only half the intended functions work. No way to login to save state. Can’t find our reservation even though we confirmed all the information on check in, so we just gave up.

    It’s a glorified info app with links to hours and phone numbers in its current state.
  • Just a portal to the website

    No way to log in or retrieve existing reservations.
