This version improves compatibility with iOS 15 and latest iPhone / iPad models. New in version 3.0: - Multi location: You can now use HueZapper in different places. If you have Hue lights in a second home or office and for other cases where you need to control multiple bridges, just define additional "locations". The app can even automatically switch among locations. - Guest mode: invite other people to use the app on their own devices to control your lights. Great for guests or family members. You decide which zones they can access and they will not be able to make any changes to your configuration. Guests only need the free version of the app. - Improved auto-configuration and zone management: you can now pick the zones you want to import from the bridge. And when you remove a zone from HueZapper, you can opt to leave it in the bridge.

This version adds a much requested feature: a new - optional - brightness slider. Now you can instantly set lights to an absolute level. Enable it in user interface settings. Support for “native” zones: now that zones are natively supported in the bridge and in the official app, HueZapper stores its zones in the bridge. This means that the zones you create in HueZapper are available in any other compatible app. Please note that this also means that renaming or deleting zones in HueZapper can now have effects in other apps. Unlimited number of lights and scenes per zone: there are now no more limits in the number of lights or scenes that you can add to zones! (bridge resource limitations still apply). A brand new button layout engine will arrange the light and scene buttons in your HueZapper remote control, taking advantage of the larger device screens (such as iPad). There is also a new zone selector that turns into a pop-up menu when you have many zones or their names are long. Linked lights are no longer exclusive: when you create a linked light set, you can continue to use the individual light buttons and assign them to zones. This also means that lights can be part of more than one linked light set. Unreachable light detection: when a light is not reachable (e.g. because it is disconnected from power), HueZapper will show an alert symbol over the light button. Various improvements and bug fixes: as with any new release, this version contains lots of small enhancements, such as better connection error reporting and handling, support for dynamic text size (in the menu screens), better use of bridge resources, more compatibility when HueZapper is used on multiple devices at the same time.
