The daily rewards don’t get to day 7, they reset back to day 1 on about day 5 which is really annoying. I tried to submit a support request but it won’t go through! Not great.Jacs Carr

We do advise on making sure your push notifications are on and coming back to the game on a daily basis to make sure you enjoy the reward. Stop making sure you don’t win so you have to watch the ads and use your bonus. Yea people, that’s what theses games they put out what they are doing to have you watch an ad and use up your bonus., do you think that us people are stupid. Now do you want the people to play your games or delete them. I’m at the point I’m ready to delete. When I use up all my bonus then I’m deleting it and will not be putting this game back on for ever. And I mean for ever!i really think this game should be a one but I will give it a two. I would have kepted this but not this way!Show lessMeoooo111

Use them at the right moment, as they can help you solve the puzzle. Been playing this game for some time now and then it changed on me! Now when you purchase extra bubbles, the first purchased ones are one price. Next set of bubbles cost more and each time after that!! Sorry, but I’m deleting this game!Nvb11

I was absolutely addicted to this game until you made it impossible to win without purchasing more balls to finish. I know that’s your gimmick but it has taken the fun out of it:( Not to mention your reward every 10 or 15 games of 5 coins! Huge bummer, at least make your rewards more to keep us coming back!Show lessReetyre
Hard levels
Some of the hard levels are impossible with numbers of balls it’s offered, I will not buy , maybe I will stop playing itI love Syria

I like this game. Especially after a long day it’s just a great way for my mind to decompress. But it is super frustrating that it crashes all the time. Just when your finally about to beat a level...BAM... whole app shuts down and restarts.
Another problem for me are the sound on the ads. Sometimes I play in the middle of the night if I can’t sleep. If I forget to turn my phone down the ad comes blaring through between games. It would be nice if the ad volume was silenced if the game settings are set to silenced.
Please fix both these issues and I will gladly give 5 stars.Show lessDirt McLuvin

More levels
I challenged myself a few months back to beat the game. Finally got to the final level and wasn’t even congratulated for getting to the end. I just see an empty road waiting for more levels to appear. Please work on more surprise and delight moments. Celebrate victories and don’t play it off like we are “saving a galaxy” when we are literally just playing to wait for more levels to appear.Show lessaelizabethmans

Me and my husband had recently moved so we don’t have cable or internet at home at the moment so this game is the best distraction I can have when boredom strikes. And it’s so addicting!! I recommend 100%. Also it helps with anxiety and helps you create focusYessi.42
