I also watch the video clips that are filled with practical advice and ways to reconnect to myself. Womaze is absolutely amazing and SO empowering. I think as women we tend to struggle with kind self talk and this app helps me remember where I’ve been and how far I’ve come. The daily push reminders are my absolute favorite part. I never exit out of them so I have a list of 10+ on my home screen so if I need a little extra encouragement I know it’s right there. On multiple occasions they have been delivered on my Home Screen at a moment where I needed them the most and I felt like the universe had my back at that exact moment.
