All of the content you love is there, with an easier way to navigate and get started on your journey.  Introducing habit tracking to make your self-development non-negotiable, a community for you to feel supported by + interactive spiritual practices to make your inner work easy. Now, you can even take your spiritual practice with you when you’re offline for a distraction-free practice. In order to help you stay focused on your journey, we’ve moved some things around and are working on bringing affirmation reminders to you in a new way.
