Absolutely adore this app! Especially love the daily reminders and empowering quotes that just happen to pop up exactly when you need them and love sharing the stickers with friends :) The articles are also really helpful. Such a mood booster!lightjoywonder
Women’s Empowerment - with *actual* tools
I’m 27 and have read my fair share of self help books, blogs, apps etc. For me, most of those were only temporary and basically gave me the feeling that “I need to give over it. This is how life is.” Or something along the lines of “love yourself.” BUT HOW DO YOU DO THAT!? was always my response.
I’m a high school teacher who struggles with anxiety and is constantly overwhelmed. I use Womaze daily and the reason I’m obsessed with it is because I gives *actual* tools to help you through problems. Got anxiety? Womaze has tips. Struggling with body image? Womaze has tips (and quotes, and videos). Struggling to stay positive? WOMAZE HAS TIPS.

Womaze is something that I wish I had in my teenage years to my early adulthood. It’s creating a movement of to inspire and empower women and young girls to find confidence in themselves regardless of who they are and anything circumstances that has been faced against them.
As an educator who walks exclusively with teenage girls who are parents, working through the trauma and stigma that has caused so much unneeded negative attention. It’s a day by day process, and hopefully with using this platform can make the girls feel like they are actually worth something as a person.

I have had this app for a few months now and at first I was unsure how to go about using it. I found the push notifications of wisdom, motivation and inspirational truly stop me in my tracks daily and make me critical think about who I am, what I’m doing, how I’m acting, and where I’m going in life. This is a great tool to practice mindfulness. Since social media has an overflow of wisdom and pages such as this app I found this app has very DIFFERENT art work, quotes, motivation, and sections. It’s refreshing to come on the app and find new articles to read, voices to listen to and ways to stay positive. Womazing from one woman to another!
I absolutely needed this app to be created. Its sole purpose is to bring up women and bring them together. Many of my high school females suffer from low esteem, anxiety, depression, etc. and it’s great to have a resource like this to encourage them to put their best foot forward each day. A Really Uplifting App
I’ll be honest, I rarely ever open this app. However, it sends daily push notifications with little motivational and uplifting messages that always put a smile on my face. I would recommend the app just for that feature alone.RachelR0904
