Why can I not log in on a website and look into my portal or get help with anything why do I have to download this bogus app! I hate these cheap gimmick insurance plans with these cheap ideas ‼️‼️‼️

Not easy to understand claims

I’m not able to see the entire page on my phone. I don’t find it helpful when trying to figure out what I really owe. I get bills from the providers, but the app says I don’t owe anything. I’ve made phone calls and have been told I don’t owe anything, but then the provider still says I owe. Not really pleased when it comes to the claims process.

I think it works for finding a provider, however again. It doesn’t fit correctly on my phone screen.

Suddenly biometric authentication is greyed out. But no support at all. There's just nowhere to ask
