Useless, no customer support at all
Suddenly biometric authentication is greyed out. But no support at all. There's just nowhere to askHit and Miss to Use and No Tech Support
The app is hit and miss to use and there is no tech support. My provider tells me to contact Medxoom when it is timing out and Medxoom is referring me to my provider. Tried updating, doesn’t work, next delete app and start over. What if this was a health emergency? Wish I just had a card smhUseless app
This app never reflects my account information regarding claims and randomly locks me out saying I don’t have an account. Totally worthless.
