Terrible
Login is different from Clarity portal online. The app has reset its login and every few months I have to reset everything to log in. You can’t get in contact with Clarity through the phone or their chat. A great example of what is wrong with our healthcare and benefits as they continue to take money out of my paycheck that I cannot access due to poor app/website/customer service. Wish I could give 0 stars

Not good
Clarity has made several of the same mistakes on my account. They’ve repeatedly paid the wrong provider after submitting the proper information These mistakes cost me money and time. Countless emails and calls to resolve issue.
Worst App, Needs to be Fixed ASAP
It’s honestly embarrassing for Clarity how this app doesn’t work or let others sign in. This is a HEALTH app that we all pay for and it doesn’t let majority of people sign in whatsoever and if it does it has a bug. I’ve had the app for a year and it doesn’t work and no one in customer service has been able to help me. This needs to be fixed immediately.
