Glitches and no fixes
I keep running into glitches and my account rep just brushes us off. Can’t wait until they rotate him off our account. The app is convenient but it has lost us money due to errors in the system.
Like this glitch we just found that if you apply a credit to a member and restrict it, they aren’t able to use the whole credit for some reason?? After a busy day on the deck I had to go in and manually do accounting work with the program. The account reps suggestion didn’t work and then he basically passed the buck and said to contact customer support which had no phone calls until next week.
Convenient but problematic would be how I sum up this app.
