Glitches and no fixes
Like this glitch we just found that if you apply a credit to a member and restrict it, they aren’t able to use the whole credit for some reason?? After a busy day on the deck I had to go in and manually do accounting work with the program. The account reps suggestion didn’t work and then he basically passed the buck and said to contact customer support which had no phone calls until next week.
Convenient but problematic would be how I sum up this app.

Thank you for your comments. However, the items you are mentioning are controlled by the organization you are involved in. I would encourage you to speak to your organization as the app, DOES allow for all that you are saying if your organization allows for it. I hope that changes you rating of the app for above 1 star.
