  • Excellent but sketchy

    Great concept but a translator is not always responsive and there’s no backup or IT support when you need assistance most. Emails and calls go unanswered and why do you have to sign a contract if you use the pay by use option. I love the service but I’ve been emailing g and calling for months to sign the documents again to release services and no response
