Try deleting the app and reinstalling
I too was frustrated that the app wouldn’t work and there seemed to be no way to enable the microphone. Deleting and reinstalling did the trick! Translators are always so helpful and polite. So valuable in school, Thank you!Econom-atrix
Cannot use with external conferencing device
Great service. Normally quite quick to get an interpreter. Invaluable work tool. My biggest and very significant gripe is that the app doesn’t work with external Bluetooth devices.
I use this on my IPhone 13. The speaker is a little quite for the loud environments I use it in. I’ve tried to set this up with numerous conferencing speakers such as Jabra, Lenovo and Anker but without success. I guess I’ll have to keep on getting uncomfortably close to the clientele.Show lessNaveeenx
