What is happening with the Bluetooth pairing?

It does not work. Is there anything one can do?

Terrible App - 15 minute window to pair the garden or else never

The garden has an awful feature where it can only be paired in the first 15 minutes after plug-in or else it will NEVER PAIR. I missed that window setting up my garden and customer support is non responsive to me because I assume there is no fix. So now I have a garden I can’t configure so I’ll probably throw it out. Recommend buying a different garden that actually allows for pairing and configuration like they claim.

This simply works for me. Very good.

That said, I’d also like to see Alexa integration.

Not user friendly

I am not savvy with new technology. Therefore I am having trouble keeping it connected to my Wi-Fi. I also have not been able to find instructions in English. Everything seems to be in French. Good thing I know how to grow plants. After they get too tall and hit the lights I’ve been transplanting them to soil. Be that as it may I am having fun growing plants in November.Flower Girl

I thought these reviews were just people who couldn’t get it right but it really just doesn’t work

Works perfectly

Hi. So far it seems the app got only 1-star reviews. Not sure why, as for me it worked perfectly. It connected instantly and I was able to set everything up easily. Great app.

Does not connect

Tried a million times. The app simply does not connect to the garden. Customer support seems to be almost entirely in French. They were clearly not prepared for a US product launch. I’m trying to return my garden. The app is basically useless.

Bluetooth doesn’t connect

I have tried several times and the Bluetooth never connects. The app also has a link to a YouTube video that fails to connect.

Useless product without the use of this app.

No Bluetooth connection

Bluetooth does not connect and no online troubleshooting resources. Disappointing product for the price.
