On the app end, it’s stating that my time hasn’t been received but when I call in the representative says the time has been received 🤔
I’m also noticing that when I sign in to the app and it’s glitching upon opening && when I clock in it glitches as if I hadn’t so I have to press the home key && then it’ll work properly!!
I was told to refresh the app && sign out or uninstall the app && sign back in~ NON OF THE SUGGESTIONS FIXED THE ISSUE

App works fine enough, but I’m truly overall disappointed with the customer service of this company. Granted, everyone I spoke with on the phone has been nice, but I’ve been having the same issue for weeks on end now. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, they kept saying they are working on it, and nothing has seemed to happen because I’m still having the same issues I did almost a month ago. I haven’t been able to officially submit my hours and actually get paid because of it.Problems with app
I have problems with the app all the time. It seems I have to keep deleting the app and re-adding it. My service codes don’t come up and so I have to delete the app to make it work again. it’s very annoying.
