I have been using the app since its release and have never had any issues! Everything is easy to understand and almost fool proof as long as you keep up with updates. Should you run into any problems, the team at GT is very knowledgeable and can assist with time submissions to ensure on time payment.

The Caregiver app from GT significantly simplifies the process of submitting daily time worked. With its intuitive interface and straightforward navigation, clocking in and out has become remarkably easy.
Very Happy
I have used a lot of apps in the past to log my time for personal record, before it was mandatory for me. This by far has been the most user friendly experience. It is easy to clock in and out and log past time. Also, although rarely needed, the “Sync With GTI” option under “Accounts” works very well to fix any syncing issues I maybe having as my phone is older and doesn’t always behave. Definitely a 5 star for me!

I’ve been using this app for several years and it’s been working flawlessly and without issues. There has been continued updates to it over the years that has helped with syncing and ease of use and it makes submitting time so much easier over physical timesheets.

I love the convenience of this app. It lets me check to see where I am at with my hours any time I need. It is also very easy to correct any mistakes that might be made.

The caregiver app is the most easiest way to get your time submitted directly to payroll for processing and payment. This app is easy to use and is the best option if you want to get away from faxing or emailing paper timesheets.

The app is very easy to use! The only change I would make is the spinning wheel to correct time and date. Other than that, I am easily able to track all of my time worked without any issues.

On the app end, it’s stating that my time hasn’t been received but when I call in the representative says the time has been received 🤔
I’m also noticing that when I sign in to the app and it’s glitching upon opening && when I clock in it glitches as if I hadn’t so I have to press the home key && then it’ll work properly!!
I was told to refresh the app && sign out or uninstall the app && sign back in~ NON OF THE SUGGESTIONS FIXED THE ISSUE
PLEASE 🙏🏽 GIVE US A UPDATE!! THE APP IS GLITCHING && NEED REPAIRS!!
