Disappointed

App works fine enough, but I’m truly overall disappointed with the customer service of this company. Granted, everyone I spoke with on the phone has been nice, but I’ve been having the same issue for weeks on end now. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue over the phone, they kept saying they are working on it, and nothing has seemed to happen because I’m still having the same issues I did almost a month ago. I haven’t been able to officially submit my hours and actually get paid because of it.

Problems with app

I have problems with the app all the time. It seems I have to keep deleting the app and re-adding it. My service codes don’t come up and so I have to delete the app to make it work again. it’s very annoying.

Awkward and cumbersome

Service codes, disappear and change. When I call the company, they say wait two hours but that turns into four days I frequently have to remove the app and then reinstall it. This is a very poor tech job.

Terrible app

Every update done on this app makes it harder and harder to use. You have to uninstall and reinstall sometimes several times a day to be able to log in/out. Now I have to restart my phone to log in/out. Absolute garbage. I want all the time I’ve wasted trying to use this app back!

Bad

After this last update the default button doesn’t work anymore I was able to clock in and click on the default button and it would stay on the service I picked so I don’t have to click on the service every time I clock in please fix it.

No notifications

Not getting notifications. Every time I open the app I click on enable notifications, but not getting any. Would like to be notified when my shift is up so I don’t forget to clock out!! Please fix

Loved the app until the last update

I am having the same problem as LaceyB. Ever since the last update, I no longer receive notifications from the app, specifically alerting me when my shift time is up. I now have to set a separate timer for my shifts so I remember to clock out. It has made a very useful app extremely annoying.
Every time I open the app, it asks me to enable notifications, which I do, but it flashes and takes me back to the log in screen. I have deleted and reinstalled the app 20 times and it still doesn’t work. It’s frustrating.

Still needs fixin’

To the Developers

I get my submissions rejected because I forget to put the location number into the notes or in the wrong place in my notes. If it’s a requirement it should be a required choice to be selected like the codes for CLS, or Respite. My notes are specifically for the agency that provides this service for my client. Is it possible to make an option to choose 12 or 99 ?

I like it but

I like the app but recently it stopped giving me push notifications when my time was up that I put down as expected time. Some times time gets away from me and I may forgot the time I have to clock out and that reminder was always great but now it doesn’t even pop up and yes I checked, my notifications are on.

Too old to learn apps without assistance

I am a punch a clock person, but not a smart phone tethered to my person type. Tutorial didn’t help me, i need human instruction. I miss the time sheets already and I am only 5 days in. and After reading reviews I find that adjusted submissions have their pay delayed. I am dreadfully afraid of this happening and not being able to fund my expenses on time. I wish there was a training seminar prior to being tossed into the proverbial lion’s den. Why are we forced into this? I really am too old for this, I have no computer, or other tech items in my home. Adjusting to a cell phone is difficult enough for an old boomer.
