Freezes
It freezes and then I have to call to have the hours fixed when payroll hours are short!
Screws Up My Paycheck
Weeks will go by where I can’t assign the hours type to my job- resulting in it not be accounting for that paychecks amount. It is currently at three weeks. This should never be a problem.

We recently launched a 3.0 version of the app which includes significant performance improvements. Updating to the latest version of the app should resolve your issues. Please let us know if you continue to experience trouble.
Easy to use
The app makes it so easy to review the shifts my daughter’s caregiver has worked. If she forgets to clock in, we can fix it later. Thank you GT!
Getting better
The signature area for participants to sign off on is a joke. A tiny little rectangle for people with disabilities, who struggle to even write their name properly with a pen or pencil on paper. Clearly someone who has never spent 5 mins doing CLS work didn’t create this app.
Also need to add paystubs on to the app so we can view all our information in 1 spot.

Day 13 😒
Today marks day 13 that the app has not worked on my iPhoneX the last time I was able to clock in was 2/5. I’ve deleted the app, cleared my phone, shut down and restarted my phone and reinstalled the app yet nothing has helped. I’ve even tried to load the app on my iPad, my husbands iPhone 8 and my sons android, still not working. Very stressed dealing with this 😒

Easier and more reliable
Submitting my timesheet through the App is so much easier and more reliable than email or fax. And it’s great that the person I work for can sign off on my timesheet right on my phone.
