Horrible!

I have not got paid because the app has not sent my time entries to GT. I messed up one and it is the only one that says it was received. But when I called them they said they have not received it on their end. An they always give me the same answer to log in an out uninstall and reinstall and wait a hour but it has not fixed anything. Last week they claimed I had 2 accounts they had to hook together that they did. This week they claim they were never hooked together yet its still not fixed anything! This app is trash and the company is not helpful at all. Some of us have bills and rely on getting this paycheck! They need to fix the app or go back to faxing timesheets!

Easy to use

Easy to use, but works when it wants to. I have to close out the app multiple times while trying to complete my time and it doesn’t save. So I have to redo it multiple times.

Doesn’t work well

Sometimes it just doesn’t seem to work. I went to clock out and it’s telling me that it’s a conflict because it’s the end of the pay period and that it cannot be submitted. So I can’t even finish clocking out of my shift. I have never ran into this issue before.

We have a few ideas for troubleshooting: 1) If the hours are being submitted after the payroll deadline listed on your payroll schedule, the hours may be declined or paid in the next pay period. 2) If you are submitting before the deadline, please call us at 877.659.4500 or email us as customerservice@gtsd.org so we can look into this for you.

Makes a simple task so complicated

This app is horrendous. Nothing but glitches and problems with it that GTI seems disinterested in resolving. And the layout is horrible, from the small button to clock in to the scroll boxes constantly messing up among other annoyances. It would be quicker and easier to just have a box you can type numbers into. People are forced to use this app due to bad law though, so GTI doesn’t care about user experience.

I have a very weird sensation that someone is watching me.

Just started to use this app a month ago. Every time I login into app there is a subtle flash as if someone is taking my picture. It makes me depressed and anxious, and I keep thinking who and where harvests these images of me and what are the purposes of taking my pictures? And I constantly think about my looks, make sure that I have enough clothing of my body and headscarf before logging into gt app. It is a sickening level of control causing panic attacks for me. I would imagine the gps location could be enough to control. The person who came up with this idea definitely has a peculiar mind. I hope this is to become a legal challenge one day. Also, nowhere in introductory information did I find a mention of get app secretly taking pictures.
I am also surprised that gt portal is not user friendly. I still cannot find my paystabs.
Disappointing!

First, the GT Caregiver app does not take any photos. So please know your picture is not being taken by the app. Second, about the location services (GPS tracking). Location services are required by the your State Medicaid program to use the Caregiver app. The 21st Century CURES Act mandates that Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) must be used. This is in order to combat fraud, waste, and abuse of Medicaid funds. The only time that GPS location is recorded is when a caregiver clocks in or out or when the participant approves the time. Also, please know that the privacy of your information is safe with GT. We are a HITrust certified company. Lastly, we appreciate your feedback on the GT Portal. it doesn’t work, right.

I have had time completely disappear. I had clocked in and out .Sometimes when you have to reinstall it because it’s not working correctly, it’s very difficult to reinstall.

This app can be used anywhere and is much easier to use than the other EVV items.

I love this app even though sometimes the. Minutes get messed up by one but that’s not a big deal makes clocking hours so much easier for me and my employee
