We're so sorry to hear you've been having issues clocking out of your shift. We have a few ideas for troubleshooting: 1) If the hours are being submitted after the payroll deadline listed on your payroll schedule, the hours may be declined or paid in the next pay period. 2) If you are submitting before the deadline, please call us at 877.659.4500 or email us as customerservice@gtsd.org so we can look into this for you.

I have a very weird sensation that someone is watching me.
I am also surprised that gt portal is not user friendly. I still cannot find my paystabs.

Hello--thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We value hearing your candid thoughts and would like to address them in order. First, the GT Caregiver app does not take any photos. So please know your picture is not being taken by the app. Second, about the location services (GPS tracking). Location services are required by the your State Medicaid program to use the Caregiver app. The 21st Century CURES Act mandates that Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) must be used. This is in order to combat fraud, waste, and abuse of Medicaid funds. The only time that GPS location is recorded is when a caregiver clocks in or out or when the participant approves the time. Also, please know that the privacy of your information is safe with GT. We are a HITrust certified company. Lastly, we appreciate your feedback on the GT Portal.
