Customer care is horrendous /BEWARE OF SCAMMERS

BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!!!!!Just a bit ago my email and game was hacked and I contacted customer support immediately. They initially told me to change all of my passwords and pins via my actual email account, which I am currently battling. So as you can imagine I can’t actually change my passwords etc. I asked them if they could change the email to another one of my own and they refuse and said it could not be done all while saying they can in fact use this method on other parts of the game. 2-3 weeks straight I have fought this and they still do not help. I have sent plenty of proof as well as they can see how many times I logged in and can see the logins change from the day I reported and even up until today. They have not given me my account still and refuse to but what troubles me the most is the fact that this guy has my base and is having the time of his life in it. The guy said he bought the base which is supposed to be an illegal transaction as LSS says they prohibit sales of bases and in game rss etc. they are totally full of it. And I have spent a decent amount of money on this game. All things that can and have verified. And yet they still don’t help. Don’t get scammed here

Awful false advertising

AWFUL, should be jailed for the false advertising…. Game doesn’t even work or run smoothly on my phone, jumping, skipping, not smooth graphics. The bombardment of advertising on social media makes it look like one of those frustrating games where someone plays it so badly that you feel like you have to download it just to see the game played well… then you download it and it’s a completely different game… essentially the first 20 mins is you placing some turrets on a road and collecting coins (then an add plays) then you place more turrets and collect more coins (and more adds okay). I didn’t even get to the bit where you run down a road through barriers and get better guns or multiply your people or whatever, who knows if that’s even part of the game, maybe just false advertising to get people to download the game so they can data mine you. IN SUMMARY ITS AN AWFUL “GAME” AND YOU SHOULD NOT DOWNLOAD IT OR EVEN ENTERTAIN THE IDEA OF DOWNLOADING IT BECAUSE ITS FRUSYRATINGLY ANNOYINGLY BAD AND FAKE AND NOT GOOD

Stupid game and deceitful advertisement

This game was first recommended to me on social media after annoy me for probably about the hundred of times I decided to down it and just tested out. This is a pay to win game where they expect you to put money in. Eventually they have stupid terms and conditions and the game that you download doesn’t even match the game that you have been advertised, it’s one of those stupid adventure games where you have to go through mountains of dialogue that you don’t even read and just click through. This company should be ashamed for releasing such trash and deceitfully getting more downloads by advertising something that’s not actually what you get.

Dumb

The ads on other apps look great but when you get on here it’s something completely different.

The thing is I read you’re other reviews and saw others complained vault the same thing and your response was “sorry if our ads were misleading”.
BUT YOU KIOW THEY’RE MISLEADING.
Because you know before you posted the ads that it didn’t represent what the majority of your game was, because you know your current game is boring. So many people would play this if you made it just a shooter down a ramp game

Great game but can get very expensive.

Been playing for over a year. The game is lots of fun, but because a next level if you’re a social person. After a while this game becomes more of a hang out social platform than just a game. Beware though, in order to stay safe competitive you have to spend $$$. If you don’t you will be very weak and it’s no fun, unless you never want to fight. Now, you don’t have to spend big (though some), but still will have to some. The reason I gave 4 stars and 5 if that this game isn’t made to reward long time players, on the contrary, the longer you play, the less chances you have to get good heroes for free, all devs wants is for you to spend more and more. I get it, this game is made to make money, but I also believe you should reward players who’ve stuck with the game for a long time. Throw a bone once in a while... don’t be so greedy!

UPDATE::: Hahahaha, I just read the dev response to my review. I’ve played this game for 3 years. Never, with any game I saw the level of greed and pettiness exhibited by the developers of this game. Free to play???? Don’t make me laugh. If you want to be at all, any competitive , you have to spend money and I mean A LOT OF MONEY!!! In light of that idiotic, patronizing and outright laughable response from the developer, I’m now changing my review to 1 star. Enjoy.

Money hungry developers and unfair game play

Best way to waste money . This game has become ridiculous to play with the amount required . It is 100% a pay to play game . The developers have been told for the past couple years that their constant release of new technologies, equipment , heros, parts , etc has been to fast and overwhelming to keep up . And all these require spending , and lots of it. Even to the point several states went on strike and refused to spend. That only stopped the developers long enough to offer to hold off 1 month of releasing new stuff . After that it got worst . They do not fix things you pay for when it is not right . If they double charge people and they ask for a refund, your account gets banned . The currency is not set to be fair for all, as the Chinese have their packs much cheaper and are not equivalent to other currency. Therefore you will encounter many Chinese players with extremely strong bases that you can not compete against . And the developers have not cared to correct the match making process . If you are looking for a game to waste your money on, this will be great. If not , it will not be right for you .

Possible Propaganda or State Spyware

The developers ask you to bind your account to their special servers, for safety reasons. When I read the small print you could never unbind it from this server. So I raised this with the developers and I also asked them if they share information on players accounts etc with the Chinese government. I failed to get any response at all to that direct question when they usually answer all questions 🤔 Shortly within a week or so, they have seemed to make the binding more optional but I’d imagine nothing has changed.
I’ve played the game for years, it’s ok. There are states or guilds that I’m sure are made stronger, as the Asian guilds are virtually unbeatable, wether that’s due to fair play (it’s possible sure) although I’ve read that the algorithms for mini games are more favourable to Chinese players, like with the poisoned fishing game. Also at the root when you think about this game, wether the Chinese want to watch strategies of other countries or drum into their own to be a warmongering people who knows. I feel (might be wrong) there’s something fishy from top to bottom with this app, but certainly if you value you’re privacy maybe think again

After 3 years of playing this game, updates over updates, all what devs want is money. It’s a pay to win app. The gap between huge spenders and regular or light spenders is so big that it’s not enjoyable anymore. Good luck to those who start playing this game.

Waste of time!

This game is an absolute joke. It is by far the most unbalanced game I have ever played. I am constantly attacked by other players who have all maxed units and heros. Literally 10-15 levels higher than me. I lose all my resources that I am trying to collect so that I can at least try to level up. You must be shielded all the time to prevent being attacked by the maxed out, high level bullies that take everything you need to play this waste of time game. The game developers could easily correct this by making it only possible to attack players of similar strength. But I’m sure that won’t be happening... Gotta keep the coiners happy! I’ve totally lost interest in this frustrating game. My advice to anyone thinking of downloading and playing this game... don’t bother. You’ll only become yet another supply farm for the high end players and you will never be able to advance to higher levels.
This week I was attacked 3 times by players at level 288 million to 320 million. My level is 7 million…does this seem like an enjoyable game to you?
