Had it working inside until I placed the memory chip in. Tried to delete and reinstall however it will only pick up the old frozen picture. Waist of moneyaluczek
Notifications DO NOT work
First bought the app and set up in January everything worked fine. Removed camera to charge batteries and stopped receiving notifications. Repaired camera, no joy, reinstalled app and set up from new still NO notifications and NO after sales support.Twoflags

Push notifications not being received on my phone have the b10 door bell can’t receive push notification ,not receiving and motion alerts or when someone rings the bell . All my settings are on .jfc!!!!
No longer works
The app seems have been updated 8 months ago and it notifications no longer work in iOS. The Android version was last updated in Dec. 2018 and works fine.mmsumulong

Not a bad little camera. Quality of physical product, is good. Easy functional steps. Only issue I’m having is getting PIR to work. I am not receiving a notification if someone walks into cameras view range?big-dbz
No notifications!
This started off working perfectly.
But since updating my iPhone 6 to iOS 12.1.3, I do not receive notifications when someone rings the doorbell.
I have checked that push mode is set to notifications on the app, and that all notifications are enabled in settings.
Tried another device. Tried another doorbell.

Notifications no longer works
The notifications feature no longer works after the v23 updates. Very disappointing. Forced to add a star in order to post the review.utter disappointed
