I don’t get any notifications whenever the bell’s rang. Unfortunately it’s been problematic from the day of installation. The bell tends to ring after being pressed an hour prior to me hearing any sound. I’ll be changing it very soon as it’s just so annoying.

Dear sir I bought your door bell monitor I am sorry to to tell you I had it fitted by a professional I have had to disconnect it it goes every time the wind blows there’s a long delay between ringing the bell and it comes to my phone.i am sorry today it’s a useless piece of kit

Change isp problem
I used for Byron doorbell model DIC-23112UK with talk talk set up ok I took all details down of password etc Seemed to work reasonably well until you change ISP which is quite a common thing to do these days this is where the problem starts when I tried to update WiFi settings etc there is no simple way to do it and actually no way to update the WiFi settings at all..on this software/app. So I had no choice but to uninstall the app and reinstall it I already wrote down the DID device number(Not using the QR code as I didn’t want to take apart the doorbell and entered my previous password press OK hoping this would send me to changing WiFi settings but NOTHING!! It simply tries to connect which obviously it will not as I’ve changed my ISP .. Very frustrating and you would of thought with the different passwords etc it’s still quite secure but No option to update WiFi settings.. I’m thinking my only option is to take apart the doorbell again which is quite fiddly and awkward I think I remember there might be a reset button on the doorbell itself but is fiddly.. I’m surprised that this can’t all be done via the software I’ve tried turning off the doorbell and trying my password also the default password... It’s a pain to be honest... but at least once it’s working there is no subscription fees like RING ..

Setup broken
Tried the installation process 3 times but it is not giving me the option to connect to my WiFi. Just jumps from the initial setup screen to the App with no connection. Please fix because my doorbell is currently useless

Too many false alerts. Would have been better if it was infrared only as every small movement creates an alert.

Downloaded this for the Byron Video Doorbell. Everything seems to work as it should, however, the notifications are a bit sporadic?!?
Seem to get notifications for a while then not, then they come back, on and off with no noticeable reason? Not sure if it’s the app or the doorbell, but, on checking, everything else about the doorbell appears to working exactly as it should?!?
Have tried repositioning my modem/router, which has helped with the video stream, but the notifications are still sporadic!?!

Looks promising but maybe a bug needs fixing. App connects to door bell camera but the Advanced Settings won’t load. You need these to fully configure the door bell camera features. So one star for now. Hopefully the app will be updated again soon.
