Offer 7 day free trial but change you from day 1
Signed up to the free trail and didn’t find it very useful. So I cancelled the same day and was charged for a full month.

Limited social media integration
I would have given this a 5 but it's limited on what social media platforms it can integrate with. LinkedIn is essential for my B2B clients and having this included would make it even better. In app purchases make ad-hoc searches easy and support is quick and effective. Highly recommended.
