Worst app ever

Unresponsive app that doesn’t work consistently
Have found it’s totally hit and miss whether the app picks up a stat or not (I have 5). Most of the time any changes you make to temperature is ignored and if you do manage to get a response to turn off it’s total luck if you can get it back on. It’s the worst home app experience I’ve ever seen, totally unreliable.Show lessBinkMac
Very poor
I’ve been using the app for 4 months now. It’s been installed in a new house. The wall stats are pretty good when you get them connected to the Wi-Fi as it takes some time to get them all working but the app is so “clunky” I’ve pretty much given up on even bothering with it.Tonyl123
Pain in the backside
50% of the time the app controls the unit, the other half of the time I have to get up and use the stat as the app/stat don’t talk to each other. My OS and app are up to date. Sort it out SnugStat/whoever you are, I wishing I hadn’t invested in your kit.MC0071ghhhfg

Avoid, this isn’t a smart thermostat
Only got these as they are local supplier, the app is terrible and doesn’t have any smart features. I will be replacing them with real smart stats when I can afford themMp4-4
Abysmal
The heating mat is excellent but this app is a real let down. Constant problems with connection and I regularly need to ask people to go to my house to operate the mat manually.
So bad I’m going to stop using the mat and install a wall heater in the kitchen. Would be zero stars if there was an option.Show lessTickety oo
Useless
Put simply, the App only works when your at home. Anything to do with being away from your home such as holiday mode, geo location etc. simply doesn’t work. Was promised an update months ago - still waiting. Kills battery and horrible controller
The app is badly designed. Looks terrible and over a 24hr period used 5hrs of battery with only 1 minute of screen time.grubbj
Needs an Update
Needs update to support iOS 15. Also, the duo stat function/control doesn’t fully work. Ie. Hot water timings can’t be set, and no hot water boost control either.MallyBb
