Using the app and picking my order up at the store, a surprise 15% surcharge was added to my total.
My credit card marked the purchase as potentially fraudulent — the total purchased did not equal the total credit card charge. An extra amount was randomly added.
After speaking to two managers at Wilburs, the app company, my credit card company and Drizly (another company), I got informed there was a 15% surcharge that I might be reimbursed.
This is very poor customer service and communication. I really didn’t enjoy spending my work lunch hour trying to sort everything out. Unfortunately you just lost a long term costumer and my recommendations to friends.
