  • Fun Game, Fraudulent Developer

    Edit: As you can see, the developer said “contact customer support.” I have multiple times. Every time, they offer a small handful of gems instead of the valuable cards I paid for, even after showing screenshots and screen recordings. Terrible people.

    I enjoy this game and have spent money playing. Unfortunately, the developer consistently steals from players by ending events early, e.g. during the final push of an event, they’ll end it 10 minutes early so you can’t get the last rewards, and this is on a paid event. This has happened multiple times and been ignored by the developer. I’ve reached out explaining, and they dismissively give you a handful of gems instead of the valuable cards you played hard to win or even paid to have a chance to win bonus cards. Have fun, but be wary of these scammers.

  • Should be called "Ads a Lot"

    I am really trying to like this game, but there is little going positively for it. I cannot sit and spend hours a day everyday trying to earn cards to upgrade, and I'm certainly not going to fork out major funds to pay-to-play. The only other way is to sit through ad after ad that wastes a vast majority of the time that I am in this app. Not only am I not able to enjoy the game play, but I have to deal with crappy and fraudulent advertisements for other crappy and fraudulent apps/services. Want to claim a prize on the various progress challenges? Not unless you watch an ad for each one. Want to do the expedition? Expect an ad on every chest. Nothing free on this game is worthwhile. Nothing you earn by playing the game is worthwhile. Advancement is improbable and impossible without paying or suffering through the constant barrage of ads. Start the game up, and after the title screen, you always get the Marvelous Sales reminder to go watch the stupid ads to get trivial crap. Just rename the game to Ads a Lot and have a small sliver of truth for a change. Meh.

  • Scamming you with misleading sales packages

    My son has been playing this game for a very long time. In fact he was really enjoying it and we made many in app purchases. We did a last purchase and they had a special package offering 5 random cards and some game money or diamonds etc. They gave us only 1 card, we tried the purchase again and we again got 1 card instead of 5. Furthermore the game money they gave us was even lower than if we had purchased them individually. So the company behind the game is scamming their customers with misleading information and they disrespect the revenues they won from us. Never give money to such companies. Be careful with the other games released by this company. They simply eat your money and apple did not protect us against such a scammer. It’s a pity.

    Edit: as you see they invited me to contact their customer service. I did it. Another waste of time. The customer service is the most stubborn customer service I have ever seen. Exchanging a few e mails and after lots of nonsense talk they didn’t give my money back. So with this company there’s no respect to customer dissatisfaction. They’re against US norms. Don’t buy anything from this app and company they will never refund your money. SCAM
