Hi, thanks for the feedback. I'm a bit confused by this app behavior. Sometimes the lights stop broadcasting so they are unable to be connected to. We are working on this issue on the firmware end. What you can do is hold the button on the back of the light. This will reset it and then you should be able to select the light from the list. Hi, thanks for the feedback. We're doing our best to make the app as intuitive as possible. As far as reseting itself, have you tried setting your desired effect as the resting effect. You can also create a new preset and set it to run with motion. If you have any other questions, feel free to email us at support@zing.fm
So far so good BUT do we have a guide for optimal settings?
For instance only to turn on when motion between certain hours??

Hi there, we added a new feature in v1.5.4 to automatically maintain the Bluetooth connection, it should solve the disconnect problem completely (if you are physically in range). Can you give a try see if it works better for you?

Hi, would you mind emailing us once again and mention your app review, perhaps your email got lost in the mix. We are working really hard to make the lights "plug and play", with minimal setup needed, but maybe we need to add a walkthrough for some of the features.
