  • Love the app but Bill Pay function needs to be improved

    The app is great, but the bill pay function often doesn’t work great so that needs an update. but the app is very aesthetically pleasing and easy to navigate.

  • Great app, sometimes randomly closes

    I like the layout & ease of use. Occasionally while I’m on it, the app will just randomly close & log me out. This happened recently while I was in the middle of depositing a check. It did save my progress however so it wasn’t a huge inconvenience, just annoying to have to log in again. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

  • Best qualities

    What I love most about gate city bank is ya never get flooded with junk mail, and only thing that could be better is if ya didn’t even send out a overdraft statement. There should be a red alert buzzer in the app if ya do go into the red zone. So you take of it before the need to mail a notice,
