  • Paid for app not getting!

    When this app is working, I love it. Now for at least the second time if not the third, the app is “no longer available” and I am required to redownload it. It is notoriously glitch all the time which I suspect is why the makers have to do huge updates. When this happens it gets rid of all my favorites. Now I have no assess to any of the pro settings that I have previously purchases and had available! It thinks I am a free version. This needs to stop happening. Not sure how to fix this.

    This app used to allow me to edit videos and now they don’t pull up as anything but black screens. Help. 😭

  • Paid for previous app

    I paid for the previous app and it no longer works. I contacts customer service and never received a response. I’m annoyed that I now have to purchase the app all over again.

  • Super bummed..

    I had purchased unlimited lifetime earlier this year. I had glitches restoring after I got a new phone but I had liked the app enough I decided to purchase the lifetime AGAIN. That was a mistake. The new version doesn’t save the photo as it was edited. It is washed out and desaturated when you go to save. Koloro, please fix this and if possible refund me for having bought the product twice.

    I had the old version with filters purchased and had to re download and koloro completely restored my old purches. I’ve always loved this app and I am pleased with it
  • New App?

    Not really sure what the reason was for this new version to come out, really miss the old app. However, I really appreciate the screenshot option to restore my previous yearly subscription. Really love these presets. One thing I would like to point out is why the creators of this app felt the need to discontinue the selecting 9 photos at a time to apply the presets. It’s really a hassle to select 1 photo at a time now and apply the preset... and so much more time consuming!
