  • Device not registered

    I was unable to log in but shows “Device not registered” while I have been using the same device ever since. The CBS appt is very weird giving a lot of issues. The CBS admin was already aware of the issues but they love ignore it due to the fact that they hate their own business and they don’t care about their customers who always encounter issues on the cbs app.

    I already emailed them as you instructed me to do so but no response from them until now

    Hi Alberto. Please be informed that your account can only be registered up to 5 devices. Every time the App was uninstalled after you logged in, it will be added up to your registered devices list. I advise to please email your Account name, User ID, mobile number and email address to helpdesk.cbs@chinabank.ph so they can reset your registered devices list. You may call 8988-7878 for further assistance. Thank you.

  • Trash online banking app ever

    Always crashing and no use at all. You must upgrade your online system and be useful. No sense you have online banking that didn’t work at all. Trash!!! Make it better!

    Why is it that this app shows session expired when you just logged in? Also the server is always down, someone should fix this

    After downloading the app, i cannot open it. Frustrating.

    It always tell me incorrect userid/password. I’m able to login naman sa actual website using same credentials.
