Fun game but disappointed
First things first, fix the lag. About half the time the loading screen gets stuck at 49%.
Second, stop matching people with way lower stats to people with much higher stats. For example, my backhand and forehand stats were around 30 meanwhile my opponents stats were just above 60. The serve, volley, stamina and agility were also a fair bit higher.
Finally, reduce the gambling. “Lucky Shot” or something like that gives you a 1/4 chance of getting a good prize, then you go to the next level, and so on. If you manage to lose then it gives you an option to give the game 50 gems. Which is equivalent to a few dollars. Eventually you’re ending up spending more than 200 gems trying to complete the whole 25 levels.

Tennis clash!
Wow this game is a master piece, it has all the little details of a real tennis match and is so competitive just like I real match I’m currently in world/tour 2 and it is still very competitive. If you can’t win any matches maybe your just bad?!. Despite all the micro-transactions this game is still very fun especially the jackpot machine! I’ve so far gotten to number 15 what about you guys? ( a trick is to pick the slot the broken racket was in 99% works) I love how this game is more skill based this mean you can win even if the opponent is a higher level then you. Unlike other games the tips are actually useful one of them I found which was “swipe faster for a faster ball” helped me a ton before. One bad thing about the game is the difficulty to get money and the long waits to open moderately good “bags”-keep up the good work and frequent updates devs!

Great game ruined by greedy developers
This game is really fun with amazing gameplay. However it’s ruined by extortionate prices for in game purchases, which you will most likely have to resort to paying if you want to progress. This is because hand in hand with extortionate prices they are extremely stingy with the item points they give you when you open bags. You hardly get anything especially non existent epic points you need for epic items. It would take you a lifetime 5 times over to get your player and your collective items to the highest level if you were to never pay. Not only that, when you muster the will to pay their extortionate prices for item/player points, they give you pittance back considering the amount of money you shell out. £25 for 17 player points when you have a whole 250 points to reach to level up??? …and that’s the modest example. It’s totally ridiculous and greedy!!!

Good with issues
The game itself is quite fluid and fun to play. However, It does have very obvious flaws that unfortunately, destroys some of the fun the game provides. The first is matchmaking, It doesn’t make any sense as when I was in Sydney I continuously met players with ridiculous stats that were miles ahead of me. Which means even If my Jonah hit a perfect and powerful shot, they could hit much harder even when they are out of position. This leds to me using all my strategies of hitting angles and volleying when all they have to do is a simple swipe to win a point. There is also the issue of micro transactions, which are so evident in the game. It costs so much to buy equipment. As a starting ftp player, this leds to many games where they are under leveled against their opponents. The micro transactions themselves are also sort of a scam. Paying a few actual dollars just for a tiny amount of gems is outrageous.
So overall, the game is fun and enjoyable but there are still glaring issues that should be more attentively looked at and hopefully fixed in later updates.

Regarding tennis experience in this app for last 3 & 1/2 years
I have played here daily, in the beginning it was fun, after the 1st year completed, 2nd year through present has been down ward spiral in terms of not progressing to higher tier trophy’s or winning higher percentage rates when it comes to match playing against other players or possible bots. Its really disappointing to say the least. For me, I want to prove that the people that created this app was not for the enjoyment of tennis players that love the game, it’s solely purpose was to make the consumer buy & buy to make the player think if one would increase in higher levels, his or her play would increase & make it fun. For me, Its been nothing but disappointment and negative unrealistic outcomes. For example, right now I’m level 14, and the system sets me up with someone at level 12. That level player still has a legitimate chance to beat me. In which most cases half the time he or she does beat me. How is that possible? I will never know. I’m just describing and telling you my overall experience. When playing level 15 players. 100% of the time. I lose 7 to 0. It’s either they are purposely doing this to me, or that’s how all players receive this type of experience. Regardless, this has to be fixed. Lots of people have left since they upgraded to 2.0. They should have left it alone. They have made it worse and almost impossible to get to level 15. I give this app 1 star. In all honesty.

Fun matches. Otherwise awful.
The in-match gameplay is actually pretty fun. It’s simple, but interactive enough for a quick, fun escape from reality. The attribute collecting and character building parts of this game, however, are terrible. (1) Stop giving away nylon strings in bags. Nylon strings should just be the default when you run out of premium strings. I don’t need to collect literally 100s of them. I’m never going to use them all. (2) In general, you collect way more common cards than you’ll ever have the coins needed to upgrade. Each bag should contain coins, gems, and maybe premium strings. You don’t always need to get a card. (3) Each character (or profile) should have its own trophy count. Otherwise, it’s pointless to use a new Level 1 character. You can try to play down in a lower tournament, but you’ll be matched with someone the caliber of your best character and they’ll just destroy you. (4) The complaints others have shared about being matched against much better opponents or being the designated loser often seem true. It shouldn’t be hard to match similar skill levels, but it rarely happens in this game. Often an opponent will inexplicably smash the ball and your shots will coast lazily even though your skills are the same. Then every 3rd match or so you’ll be the one wiping the floor with someone else.

Disgusting game!
I've only just downloaded this game. The tutorial and stuff were really good. The VERY SECOND! That I start my first match i'm already paired up with someone more advanced than me. I thought i'd give a few games a try. The more that I played, the higher their stats were. I've not won a single game. To those who are saying the matchmaking is broken, it's NOT! The game is rigged. Another game made just for money grabbing. You've already lost a game player. Those who are rating it high are either part of the developers or, they're being paid to write false reviews.
I've also noticed... Even if your stats are higher than the opposite person it starts to mess around with your game. I've been hitting the ball in the same strengths as I always hit it and it adds an extra boost thus making you lose even more. This whole game is a complete and utter con! They aren't doing anything different compared to what most games do. It's incredibly off-putting.
Update: I was double the stats of the opposite plays by A LOT!!!! And my character was rendered immobilised. So, yeah even if at a time you're able to win the game at a good chance, you're not.

The game is really fun, but…
This game is one of the most fun games I have ever played and is very, very enjoyable, but there are a few bugs that I have noticed and are pretty annoying. (1) For starters, when I connected to Facebook, it used my Facebook profile picture as the same one for tennis clash without permission, and afterwards when I disconnected Facebook from Tennis Clash through Facebook as well as the game, my profile picture was still not changeable, and when I changed my pfp on Facebook, it for some reason (even though the game was disconnected from Facebook) changed to my new profile picture on Facebook. This worries me about the security and information taken from us when connecting anything to the game. Something that could be changed to fix this issue is maybe allow users to change their profile picture regardless of whether they have connected to Facebook or not, and if a user has disconnected from Facebook, the apps removes any profile pictures associated with the user’s Facebook account. (2) The coins earned section in the profile section has a bug for sure. In that section, it says my total coins earned is 960, but then it says my current amount of coins is 5,548. This seems pretty off. (3) This is just advice, but maybe there could be a system where users create accounts using an email and can also change their pfp regardless. Hopefully these issues are fixed in the near future.

Use carefully
Great game but has some features you need to consider. Firstly all purchases are in US dollars so exchange rate may make the purchases very costly. Secondly skills are reduced depending upon tournament and competitions you participate in - no matter what level you reach you compete against players that are vastly superior at times.
Skills do improve as you progress but eventually you begin to lose repeatedly…it appear that your performance improves in relation to how many purchases, and frequency of purchases are made during your connections with the app.
Still enjoyable to play if you don’t mind losing a lot of the time.

Excellent game
Really easy to play and the online aspect works really well, it consistently pairs you with players of your own ability. However, the in-app purchases are unbelievably confusing, there’s no guidance of what you should buy and why you should do so. The game is good enough that I would be willing to spend a few $ on it, but I don’t understand what I should buy. Fortunately there aren’t really any limits to playing for free so I just continue to do so and I expect the people I play against are doing so too. Occasionally you know you are playing against someone who has bought all the upgrades as they just hit the ball much harder which makes it a very one sided game and quite boring. Otherwise, highly recommended for a casual game, great to play for 15-20 mins a day.
