Great Game but need to be fix
This is exactly the problem: The current annoying glitches include: (1) sometimes you hit a clear winner that undoubtedly went in and the game will still award the point to the other player for no apparent reason; (2) similarly, sometimes when you hit your first serve instead of having a fault called and getting to hit a second serve, the game will just give the point to the other player; (3) sometimes when you play in the back court (which is often necessary when you get matched against other players with an insanely higher and untouchable skill level) the game collapses/ closes when you flick your finger to hit the ball, with the result being that you miss your shot, the point goes to the other player, you have to rush to relaunch or call up the game screen again so you can continue play, and when you do your character gets stuck and can't move and if it's your serve then the next time you serve the ball the serve will go flying off in some bizarre unintended direction thereby giving you a fault and wasting an entire service attempt. These are big glitches that definitely need to get fixed.

Matchmaking
I thought I was falling in love with the game until I started getting matched with people that literally move around the court like they’re gliding on ice and smashing the ball back to u as u crawl slower than a snail and in most cases don’t make it to the ball and in the other case there are two parts. Either you manage to barely make it there and volley the ball causing you to put yourself in an energy draining situation until you meet your demise OR you get there in time to hit the ball comfortably only to volley the ball anyway no matter how hard you hit it within legal bounds. I’ll have a clear slam and win situation in front of me only to volley the ball and watch my opponent skip happily over to it and turn the tides because, remember, uneven matchmaking. I’m asking myself is there something I’m doing wrong but when I do the training, I hit the ball fast in the direction I want but when it’s time to smash the ball in game, I can be in the best placement with suits energy and and hit the ball with enough force to where it should be a smash but will still volley the ball giving up my potential point. This is super frustrating. It’s to the point where there is literally no reason to play the game. I’ve already spent a few dollars on the game so now I’m realizing that I’m just on the road to paying you guys and still being frustrated with the game making it pointless to have downloaded.

How is it this game has been out so long and you still haven’t fixed the fact you allow people to move right into the corner for the serve. Makes it so that they can serve so you are so far to one side of the court that you leave the whole entire other side of the court defenceless. It’s pathetic and ruins the gameplay. It guarantees them a point as by time they hit it back there is no chance of you getting back on the court to the other side to hit the ball. Fix it its stupid to even allow this and no actual tennis player in real life would stand that far across! Also the amount of times that my power is weaker than the other player but my power up orb isnt activated is ridiculous. One time you powered the other player up by 10% which meant that i stood zero chance of winning. Get i together guys. Connection in games makes you hit the ball different which makes it impossible to play the game the same every single game. How is it that you have such issues with this!

Could be so great, but 2 stars
This is by far the most aggravating, glitchy and seemingly rigged, yet almost amazing game I’ve played. There are 4-5 pop-up deals/ads each time you enter and 2 or 3 video ads running on background billboards while you try to play against a computer opponent (advertised as pvp). You are “matched up” with opponents based on your win count, not your power level, so you’ll play against opponents that are +/-20 power and more often than not, get creamed. The probability engine seems to decide when and how often you can win or lose, just like a game at Chuck-E-Cheese with a low payout. The environment also animates so much (camera movement, snowflakes/petals falling during matches, etc) that it’s distracting and bogs down load times and gameplay, which will mess up your serves and hits as the system often lags like crazy. All the negatives are too bad, because the mechanics and reward system is mostly pretty great. I get it, but they seem so desperate trying to force the user to buy buy buy in order to enjoy the game at all (Progress is especially stunted as you hit the mid level tournaments). A 2 star rating instead of 1 because design aesthetics are top notch for this type of game. With a few intentional adjustments, this would be more fun instead of just more frustrating.

The game is fun, I play it all the time. The bullseye challenge and the free ticket to the slot machine is a fun addition.
The ads to pay for things are really annoying. They want you to spend $3-$20 of real money to get perks in the game. Every time you log in they’re just asking for your money. You should be able to by things from the coins you earn in the game instead of being constantly harassed to spend an excessive amount of real money.
Another downfall is that the game gets harder to progress the more you play. It takes way longer to improve your player than it does to move up a league. So players are way better than you if you play a lot, versus if you never play then you have enough wait time to open bags and actually earn stats for your player. I moved up three leagues in two days but only has enough time to open 1 bag because it takes 3-8 hours. The game stops being fun once this happens. I’d be more inclined to spend real money on coins if you could actually buy gear with the coins without waiting for the cards to be able to buy them with coins. I have a ton of coins but still can’t improve as a player, yet I keep getting promoted to higher leagues. It’s a major flaw in the game’s design.

A good game but so unrealistic and pay to win
The game itself is good, with that cartoony kind of tennis, but its so unbalanced. They only pair you with people that have trophies close to you, but most of the time their stats are insanely high for their trophy count, and end up obliterating you. And then theres the gameplay. The most stupid thing they could do. The ball just slows down or completely stops even if you get a perfect hit. And the opponent can just casually go on a vacation and write an essay on how unbalanced the game is with plenty of time to hit the ball. Getting characters is insanely hard and do like nothing, just have different base stats. Those base stats are all garbage, and you can only progress by buying equipment, which takes forever to upgrade. Then the strings, the strings are op af. If you vs someone that has stats around or higher than you, and they use a string while you just use default, you are screwed. Overall its a really good concept, but the devs really need to work on issues the players point out, not adding useless events where no ones gonna win or by adding more strings and cooler HUD

Tennis glitch
Hello After sending messages that are not answered I am going to leave a review in hopes you answer on this platform. There is a glitch in the game where you cannot strike the ball and you end up losing the match!!!!! This is not acceptable, especially since paying money in game!! Also the matching in games are not fair this also needs to be looked at! The ability to upgrade is much too hard not enough ways to do so! The player stays on one side of court when playing??? Why??? The drink for stamina in the middle of the screen which means you hit it when playing and don’t want to use it! What’s the point of that? There should be a button to add if wanted, now all of my are gone!!!! 😠 Green diamonds are collated very slowly to be of benefit in game! What are the real differences with rackets, after testing I cannot see the real advantage!? When watching adverts it will stop, freeze you out and you lose your coins, why? Other players are experiencing these issues after talking in game so please what will be done to fix the above issues? Tennis clash could be a great game if these issues are fixed! This game is horrible
This game is so bad. The controls are like controlling a 500 tall metre mech with a broken leg. The fact that this game has 4.5 stars is absolutely tremendously stupid. This game is literally all based on luck, not even a teeny bit of skill is involved in this. Boo game 👎 Honestly, straight forward, this game should be deleted. Not a fun game nor a skillfull game! Please make the controls easier and instead of putting the mark after, put it before. And what are the points of the controls? I swipe it forwards with a long length and it goes like probably 2 metres irl. This game needs ALOT of improvement

Sometimes fun but mostly frustrating
This game can be fun but the problem is the better your player gets the more the game gives you bad matchups many against bots that are not real players. You are often also matched up against players that are equal to you but they can make amazing plays on the ball that your player cannot possibly make and even if you have the same racket that the other player has. Of course, the purpose of this, like other sports games out there, is to make you spend more money. The introduction of the energy drink option in a recent upgrade is ridiculous and really nonsensical and it only makes me want to play the game less. I’ll still play occasionally but not like I was at the beginning because again, there’s a fix to the game and the only way out of it is a spend a ton of money. I actually did spend some money and although my player got better so did all the other competition I had to play to the point that it’s very difficult to win any matches now. The other players in my club are saying the same thing. overall, a mediocre game that wears then pretty quickly.
