Terrible service
Had a calf issue, but there was no option for this, so put down knee issue. The app didn’t have an option to book so I had to phone. I then got an appointment in 4 days time which was cancelled and rebooked once without telling me. Now awaiting 7 days to hear about the recommended physio. But the app game me a programme of depressing and breathing exercises :-)

Pointless
As with other reviewers, I was pointed to this by AXA Health Insurance. It’s a complete waste of time. Ambigous instructions, no clear information on how you will be assessed. Weird app icon. If you get told to use this just insist on talking to a clinician, otherwise you’ll waste time.
Terrible
If I open a document there is no option to go back to the previous page, as it’s clearly taking me out of the app. Logging in every 2 minutes is a complete pain. The exercises bear no relation whatsoever to the condition I’m being treated for.
Useless
Gives generic excercises rather than specific ones. Doesn’t work when trying to book an appointment; sends you to AXA to log in and then AXA send you back to the app to book. The app then sends you back to AXA and round and round you go.
Web link
One of the main functions just takes you to an external website. Immediately out of the app so what is the point. Default 1 star for this.
Also, i don’t want the app logo to look like some AI girlfriend chat bot

Impossible to book appointments
App functionality to book appointments would be great if it worked! Tried several times and had to call again. Very frustrating!
Misleading
I have an achilles tendon injury so contacted my health insurer. They emailed me instructions to download this app, and after going through that rigmarole I find a series of exercises that clearly have nothing to do with my injury - BEFORE I have even seen or spoken to a consultant.
This is actively contrary to good practice. Many people would reasonably assume the exercise programme is related to their specific problem - nowhere is it explained that this is generic advice that has nothing to do with my issue. This is a waste of time and outright dishonest.

Not great
Can’t book appointments and has lost the appointments if I try to change . Takes me out of app when I use Axa log in and then keeps telling me to download app. Does not pick up all my exercises ..
Really helped with my recovery
It was great to be provided an exercise program that I could do at home and that helped me get better in just a few short weeks.
