I've tried a few different apps and this is a beautiful one. Beautiful scenery, calm explanations, you can turn off commentary and just read subtitles, can choose from many exercises, all are clear and calming as well as strengthening.
The only drawback is I wanted the reminder window (set at 30 min. intervals) to show up larger on my monitor, and it only shows up as a small banner reminder. I contacted Apple to help but they couldn't; it's an in-app widget they said. I contacted BreakPro but they said they couldn't manage it at this time. Disappointing but I really haven't found a better more peaceful and inspirational app.
