Wait till 4:00PM
9 times out of 10 if your not able to book a ride it’s due to the app not being turned on till after 4:00pm. After that it should work to book point to point rides

App lets you schedule a ride when they are not open. Doesn’t appear to have the ability to pay for trips via app.
