Dabbagh has always responded extremely fast with helpful answers and always makes sure my issue gets fixed. I’ve been using Tuk Tuk scooters for about 3 years now. And it makes life on campus so much easier. Especially during the summer. Thank you Tuk Tuk!DAZ510!yuh
Horrible!
It’s takes longer to try and set up the app and payment method than if you just walked to where you were going. It always glitches and at some point it charged me $50 and then blocked my account I never saw my money again. Also, forget about talking to a customer service agent they don’t exist, they don’t answer emails and there’s no one to talk to over the phone.Show lesskmzm19
Greatest experience
First time riding the scooters and amazing experience James was an amazing representative!! I was one the scooters for more than an hour and he helped me throughout the whole way and an amazing experience!!!!!
