Recently Update

The last update is the worst one so far. It will not allow me to adjust the colors the way I like and was able to do before this update . The color slides to a very bright finish or dark finish and I end up taking much longer to redo every photo and readjust with photoshop . Something I was not planing to do after spending a small fortune on this light box and the entire kit. I was assured at purchase no editing will be necessary . Very disappointed! Please fix this.

Brightness!

Why did you adjust the brightness bar?! It was great! Now, when I try and make the background white it blows out the jewelry. Extremely disappointing. I am literally in the middle of photographing my ENTIRE inventory and now there is a clear difference in photos! It was a five star...until now.

Good app but needs some adjustments

This app is very helpful and being able to take 390 videos with ease is fantastic. I’ve found that it drains my battery incredibly fast and recently an update was done to the app that no longer allows you to adjust the brightness manually. So now photos are either super blown out bright or dark and flat. This update has basically made it impossible to see details and true colors. Please adjust this!

Hi Alisesky! Thank you for your feedback. It's great to hear that your find the GemLightbox helpful and simple to use :) To fix the battery draining issue, I would suggest to close all other applications when using the GemLightbox App. You can also change between the auto-bright and manual filter by clicking into the filters tab. The manual filter will allow you to adjust the brightness manually, same as before :) Please feel free to let me know if you have any additional questions. We are always happy to help! P.S. Good Hardware, App Needs Improvement

I love the ease with which I can take striking photos. The manual turntable controls in the app make repositioning the photo subject a snap.

What I don’t like is the fast (and I mean really fast!) rate at which my battery immediately begins draining when using the app.

There also seem to be a few bugs. When switching to photo mode after taking a video, the image gets stuck at least sometimes.

Bluetooth is not working.

Can’t connect via Bluetooth. It just not working.

Camera not working any more after today update

When I open the apps and just want to click on camera , it crashes and kick me out of the app, I tried to restart my phone or reinstall the app but still not working🤦🏼‍♀️ I need it now and its overwhelming

I wish we had the Zoom option and also it could have saved to camera by its own

Great!!

My only concern is I wish for each picture or video the sku numbers can be viewed under the file or adjusted if need be!! Please if you guys can add this in the setting somewhere! Other than this no complaints!
