Please fix headers for iOS 18. Works reliably enough but pretty slow. Instant syncing would be a big improvement — as would HomeKit integration.Brian W

Not Very Attractive, But Rock Solid
Never crashes, always works. Never once over 3 years have I had to do anything weird to make it work, …such as force close, etc. The UI leaves much to be desired but if it’s the price of stability and reliability I’ll take it.trackpad
Not reliable
The soft ware sometimes works n sometimes doesn’t.
I switched on the Aircon with this app, status on the app is on, but in actuality the Aircon is not switched on at all…

Updated to be worse
No idea how it’s possible to make a relatively functional (but average) app into something far worse, but the Panasonic developers have managed it.
This app has one task and the hardware in place has one set of functions. And it does it relatively well. But why does the app constantly log me off and waste time logging me back in? I make changes several times in the evening depending on which part of the house we’re in, weather, etc. and this constant having to login again leaves a bitter taste especially when previous versions of the app didn’t have this issue.Show lessSamirSukran
The MOST complicated setup sequence
Why did Panasonic make it so complicated to just connect to an air conditioner? Like they put the QR code in an almost unreachable place ( especially if , after the unit has been installed) . Then if you decide that you can't access the QR code than it makes you jump through several hoops to connect with the remote. And why is there a need to collect so much information?Show lessVicRail
Update broke it
The app stopped working after the update. I get the error “E03-0037-5005 Network Error”. I then reset the wifi and when I try to add the device on the android, I get “E03-0087-5500 Server timeout”. When I try to add the device on the IPad I get the error”Unable to join the network Panasonic-CS-wirelessAP. So when is this going to get fixed?Show lessUnhappySue80

Đội ngũ nên thêm tính năng thông báo trên app khi mở hoặc tắt thiết bị thì tuyệt! Nó rất hữu ích
Và khi ấn bất kỳ chức năng gì thì phải đợi vài giây để app gửi tín hiệu đi khá là tệ, khi thao tác nhanh và thoát app hoặc trở về trang đầu thì không nhận chức năng vừa bấm!
