Absolute basics work with patience
I’m getting constant server errors(“An error has occurred. Try again in a while”), wrong temperature readings from my split ACs (the temperature increases every time I refresh), and one of my ACs shows the wrong status overall (if it’s on/off or which mode it’s in). The app is OK, many times it throws an error, and it’s utilitarian at best.Togume

The app is functional and a good start. However, the time it takes to sync with the AC units is annoying. It’s multiple seconds and if you, for example, hit the back button or try to switch between AC units in the app before the syncing is completed, it seems to throw away one’s changes — which doesn’t make sense. There’s also no whole house operation support. So turning off our ACs when leaving means, clicking on each AC, clicking off, waiting 10 seconds or so and then switching to the next unit. It’s just tedious. HomeKit integration would be nice. But if that’s not possible, than more of the coordination and automation features and better background processing would be great.Show lessBrian W

Basic functionality with lots of room to grow
The setup is really complicated measured by todays standards but doable (watch the YouTube tutorial!). The app allows you to control basic features and gives you statistics on usage/consumption. I would love to see a more open approach and options to integrate the ACs in the Apple HomeKit setup. At minimum more filters for the usage (e.g. variable time periods) or notifications for events (e.g. usage exceeds a threshold). Please keep making updates Panasonic team and/or offer HomeKit support. Thank you!Show lessUnreliable
A company the size of Panasonic should be able to provide a decent app with a pleasant user interface. This app isn’t it. Periodic “Internal server error” errors and a very arcane setup procedure. Great heat pump let down by this app.Pokerhontas1
Decent
It does the job. A bit odd to setup and complex but it’s been working solid as a remote control for AC for the past few months. the AC unit works good but it makes a high pitch noise every few minutes that can wake people up...French_fry007
Does what it says but lacks so much..
Firstly this app does exactly what it’s supposed to. The problem lies in the fact that by today’s standards it falls far short of what one would expect.
Adding support for widgets (so I can easily switch on/off and adjust temp) and Siri Shortcuts (for voice automations) would make this entire experience better and something the developer should consider.Show lessSamirSukran
