The worst app experience I have ever had in my life

Just buy a router from another manufacturer and forget about the app

App doesnโ€™t work

The app has never worked for a month, Iโ€™ve called Bezeq 3 times, they keep telling me to wait 3 more days. The problem is you canโ€™t do anything on the router without the app, so no changing passwords, change child protection locks, block ports, add devices, etc. Normal stuff that every internet router does since 1991.

Israeli companies: stop designing terrible broken apps. Every router on Earth has a bad UI at 192.0.0.1, but at least it works.

Also, this is the number one ISP of โ€œhigh tech nationโ€.

Full of UI bugs that mean you have to kill the app just to get back to the menu.

Updating wifi details doesnโ€™t work.

Basically offers zero configuration options for the router.
