The app does what it states under the Resizex2 button, the pixels in a photograph double, reducing noise levels in photographs.
I would have rated the app with 5 stars except for the following:
1. There are no instructions on when to use or how to use the smart-ratio button.
2. The Facebook support page for the app also does not have instructions available for viewing.
3. Unfortunately I was not able to post a query seeking explanation for the smart-ratio application to the Facebook page either.

A very rare 5 stars from me!
One word to describe this apps photo output quality is: wow! I come from a Photoshop and Alien skin blowup plugin background, so I'm hard to please. I took a 3350px photo off my Nikon DSLR, and it did a superb job doubling the resolution to 6700. I can't believe I can do this on a mobile device in my recliner. Bravo!!

But need to update it for iphone x , I cant control *ratio size in *smart ratio*

New at photography
Iโm just now trying to lean how to improve the looks of my photos. I have a iPhone iPad and a Nikon D7100. And shooting in manual on the Nikon in a flat profile you can do amazing things with this and others app from this developer. If you are on a budget definitely buy the bundle. You will not regret it.

Do not buy
Do not buy. It destroys your images. Never getting those 99 cents back.
Somtimes you just need a little selective cropping!
Form the people that brought you the best app in the App Store ... iColorama ... comes this handy tool. While it does a wonderful job on resizing an image, Iโm an even bigger fan of the Smart Ratio cropping tool. If you find that you want to selectively keep a portion of your image but change the overall picture length and width ratio, this app is for you! Hard to explain, so just give the app a try.

excellent quality
Resize 2x is the best app to resize and up-res your photos without losing the original quality. It's fantastic.
