Do you own, rent or manage holiday properties? Check-in Scan is the app that will make your guest´s registration process a breeze.
Sending your guest´s details to the police and keeping a record of the parte de entrada de viajeros or “check-in registration forms” are an important security measure required by law. At Check-in Scan we understand how time consuming it can be to collect the guest ID details, get them to sign the parte de entrada de viajeros and then send them to the police within 24 hours of arrival (Guardia Civil hospederias, National Police Webpol, Mossos d’Esquadra and Ertzaintza)
With Check-in Scan, you can capture your guest´s Spanish DNI, Passport or ID card in a secure way, as well as their signature and send their details to the police. What´s more, it creates the obligatory “parte de entrada and libro de registro” which you can download and print for your records.
