Terrible customer service
Now there’s no one at a branch we can go to. Okay. But their “Cuenta con Nosotros” (or similar title) team of people provides very poor service. They’re supposed to respond in so many hours. They don’t. Often they don’t respond at all. They only work Spain hours. If you are in the USA West Coast you have little time to overlap. Then, the app itself is buggy. I was asked to rate, but the app went into a loop. So I decided to enter directly into the Apple Store to provide this input. BBVA was leading the pack electronically some years ago. Now it lags Santander and even Caixa, which was always poor. And BBVA is far worse than banks in HK or the USA. if it weren’t so cumbersome to change banks I’d do so.Show lessDeveloper Response
