I just wanted to ask something
Why is it hard there’s no way to contact staff when ya physically need them in case of an emergency like there was this group that was most likely scaming kids filled with similar responses and no clear instructions or information about zem so I was gonna report them for safety then now when it took to long I tried to get back in it when it was taking too long to load and it said I was kick so I thought id let staff know but there’s no clear way to dm at least the problems and that’s a problem on it’s own how are people meant to contact you if there is a real issue and no way of contact.

MAC/IPAD USERS
I love this game but as someone who uses an iPad and Mac, it is very glitchy. On Mac it is a long proses of downloading to applications over and over again for it to only work every 3rd time. On iPad I can’t get in to world servers and I keep glitching out when doing my avatar on some occasions. I was really bummed out about it not loading because when the servers actually did load, it was an amazing game. Pls try and fix this
issue and make it more suitable for Mac and iOS/mobile. I really wanna be able to play in world servers again!
P.S I have already cleared out all my devices and gone onto your website and looked at what I can do to help but no matter what I do, I can’t get into world servers!

GREAT GAME💪🏻💪🏻
Well I found out about this game from one of my mates. As soon as I saw it I thought it was going to be kinda bad. But when I saw my first post I was amazed. But then how you could change your avater was on point. THEN I realised how you can connect and play games with friends. I got bored so I went off for a while. So the next day I see notifications and messages over flowing as soon as a week lots of people followed me. I think it’s great that ZEPTO got me to make new friends. But in the games people go on and put there mic on there always quite rude and swear. I know how ZEPTO gives a warning when you message rude things but not when you say it. I think you ZEPTO creators could look out for verbal abuse. Overall great game.

So, I’m twelve. I turned 12 in June and it is currently august. The age on this app says 12+ but when I entered my birthday to sign into the app, it said I’m not allowed to use the app. But yet it says 12+ AND IM TWELVE. I used to have this app on my dad’s work phone and I was the only person to play it on there. It let me on then. But now, it won’t let me on. There isn’t even anything bad on it. I think it should definitely let me on considering it says 12+ AND IM TWELVE! THIS MAKES ME MAD. I love the game, but this really annoys and aggravates me. It’s a rally good app besides the age thing. Like, it literally says 12+ and I am 12. I had to rate this 5 stars so it’ll get read. It also pretty much deserves 5 stars as the game itself. So I’m resubmitting this review because after this problem, I downloaded the app again to see if my birth year was wrong and I can put in my real birth year, but it said “sorry, you are not eligible for this app” and so now I won’t ever be able to use this app. What about when I turn 13?! Or older than that?! Is it just not gonna let me change the birthday?! My friend has it and she is 13! She’s had it for 4 years!

A bit scary
I love yep to then I was doing my avatar on the game and I said im being shady on yep to and then I heard a squeaie voice and copied what I said im so scared this is not a joke I was on face time with my bff she was lagging and then it hanged up and then I said im so shady on zepto thats when I heard the squike voice it scared the living life out of me I heard the rumors and I didn't believe them so I downloaded it im so scared I always play games that have scary rumors idk what to do but I hope it was just my microphone playing up please Fix this im so scared im under my blanket and im so scared I hope it was just my micrephone playing up please dont play if you are scared about the voice I heard but if you dont want to lison you welcome to play it and im not trying to set a fake rummour so everyone will stop playing it but if its just lagging please Fix it other than that its fine but I think it should be 14+ because you can talk to strangers and it might be a old man/woman thats a k!dnapper other than that zepto is amazing (well done for so many plays) but have a nice day keep safe kids dont talk to strangers ♡

I only give this five stars for everyone can see it clearly😲 and they have to read it find out😐. What about this app because I found out what’s this app about liars and bullies😈 you have to watch out for they doesn’t report you and one other thing do not follow certain people or they call you😱. Zepeto is a awesome app😁, 😔but there are bullies and liars and those bullies are liars so when they get you in an argument like a fight👊🏻, they just report you and then their friends report you that includes a band until a certain day and time you can do normal stuff and those liars and bullies are super mean 😈and they report you another time and guess what your account will be completely banned😭. They look at the text that they report it or the video that they reported they can look up proof👍 and the liars that are the bullies we get warning that if they another warning will be banned until certain day and time they can get on👍🏻 just ideas for this app can get more people joining more kindness spreading☺️ when they get the report and they told the reason explain that they did not start it 💁🏼♀️. They are lying the one that reported them.😒

So I had this app for about 5 years now. I’ve always been on it and made some new friends but that was 3 years ago. We unfortunately all left zepeto and now I don’t talk to them anymore. I’ve had a really good time on this app meeting new people and chatting with different people. I used to really like it since I could meet new people through crews and become friends with them. We could then make group chat with closer friends and go to world together. Unfortunately I left zepeto after a little while for a break then when I came back, all my friends quit zepeto too. The main reason why this app is not fun anymore and is only filled with people a bit “random” is because they got rid of crews. Crews were the opportunity to meet new people and talk about likes so that you could get closer to them. Now zepeto is only an empty shell. They do have a new feature called clubs but you only get to post on it and you don’t have real discussions on it. I find it really really disappointing since zepeto used to be so fun and entertaining. Now it’s only a empty “social media” where only the people with 30k followers (aka the creators) gets on your feed but that’s it. You don’t get to make new friends or people anymore. I’m really really disappointed and sad because those online friends I had were really awesome and I had a lovely time with them.

It’s ok
First yes it is a very good game with reasonable prices for Zeman but a few things is this big where when you try to log in you have to keep doing it and tapping like a few times until you can log in and boys are a bit higher than girls which if your a girl u might not be extremely happy but other than that it’s good
